Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with any product offered by Batts Racing you may return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will refund the purchase price. No returns on Special Order items. No returns on items identified as not returnable. See Return Policy below.


Return for Refund

Contact Batts Racing within 30 days of purchase for all returns for refund. Return Authorization Form is required for all returns for refund. All returns for refund must be shipped to Batts Racing, freight prepaid with a copy of the original invoice and return authorization form. All items must be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging and paperwork. No refunds on items that have been damaged or modified. Returns for refund may be subject to 10% restocking charge. Any refund due will be issued after the returned items have been received.


Return for Repair or Replacement

Contact Batts Racing for Return Authorization Form, required for all returns for exchange, repair or replacement. All returns for exchange, repair or replacement must be shipped to Batts Racing, freight prepaid with a copy of the original invoice and return authorization form. Exchange, repair or replacement will be made at the discretion of Batts Racing and shipped freight prepaid. No exchange, repair or replacement on parts that have been damaged or modified.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled anytime prior to shipment.


Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada only.


Next Day Air and Second Day Air orders received by 12 Noon Eastern time will ship the same day, for in-stock items. All other orders will ship within 24 hours of receipt of order, for in-stock items. Paid Invoice and tracking information will be sent to the email address that appears on the Order Form, when the order is shipped. Notification will be sent to the email address that appears on the Order Form regarding backordered or out of stock items. Available shipping methods include USPS or UPS for domestic orders and UPS for international orders. Not all shipping methods and/or options are available to all destinations. To see estimated shipping charges add items to Cart. Estimated shipping charges will be displayed in the Cart View. Click the Actual shipping link in the Cart View to enter your ZIP or postal code to see exact shipping.


Terms of Sale

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated. All applicable state, local, federal and international taxes and fees apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED ONLINE for security purposes. Orders are not binding until payment has been accepted and verified. YOUR CREDIT CARD IS NEVER CHARGED UNTIL YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED, except for special order and backorder items. Orders may be cancelled anytime prior to shipment. Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges on returns are not refundable and customer bears the cost of return shipping. Shipping charges are refundable if we ship the wrong item. Shipping charges are refundable if the item arrives damaged. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it, within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund. Please see our Return Policy above.


Privacy

Any information collected on this website is used ONLY as needed to process your purchase or for internal statistic tracking purposes and is never shared with other entities outside Batts Racing or our payment/data processing vendors, unless required by law enforcement. Your name, title, company name, billing address, shipping address, billing phone number, shipping phone number, fax number, UPS account number, Tax ID, email address, credit card information or any other information are NOT collected unless you explicitly provide it. Your IP Address is collected for the purpose of fraud prevention. You may request, at any time, that all such collected information be purged from our system and the systems of our payment/data processing vendors by contacting us toll free at 877.364.8036 or email us at info@battsracing.com.

Batts Racing does not send bulk email messages, or 'Spam'. We only communicate with our current clients, current vendors, current business partners, insurance carriers or other parties that have an interest in becoming clients or vendors. We will, on occasion, send all of our clients a group email when special offers, price changes or important issues arise. You will not be automatically enrolled to receive these mailings. You will have the opportunity to opt-in to receive these mailings, during the checkout process. If you believe you have received bulk email from us, or have received a suspicious email that appears to be fraudulent, please contact us, immediately, so we can investigate the matter. All email messages received from our clients and business partners are kept completely confidential and are never shared with parties outside of Batts Racing without your express permission, unless required by law enforcement.
