If you are not completely satisfied with any product
offered by Batts Racing you may return it to us within
30 days from the date of purchase and we will refund
the purchase price, no questions asked. See refund policy
below.

for Refund Policy
Contact
Batts Racing within 30 days of purchase for all returns
for refund. Return Authorization Number is required
for all returns for refund. All returns for refund must
be shipped to Batts Racing, freight prepaid with a copy
of the original invoice and return authorization. Returns
for refund may be subject to 10% restocking charge.
Any refund due will be issued after return has been
received. No refunds on items that have been damaged
or modified.
Return for Repair/Replacement
Policy
Contact Batts Racing for Return Authorization Number,
required for all returns for exchange, repair or replacement.
All returns for exchange, repair or replacement must
be shipped to Batts Racing, freight prepaid with a copy
of the original invoice and return authorization. Exchange,
repair or replacement will be made at the discretion
of Batts Racing and shipped freight prepaid. No exchange,
repair or replacement on parts that have been damaged
or modified.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

are shipped via *First Class U.S. Mail unless
a different carrier is requested.
*If you prefer a different shipping carrier, such
as a UPS, Fedex or Prority, Next Day Air etc.,
please note it in the "Special Notes"
section of the order form.
Credit
Card Purchases:
Shipping charges will be added after order has
been processed and shipped. If you need a quote
on the shipping charges, before your order is
shipped, please note it in the "Special Notes"
section of the order form.
Paypal
Purchases:
Shipping charges will be included on invoice when
it is sent to you for payment.

All Other Payment Methods:
Customer will be notified of shipping charges
so they may be included with payment.
